In the amber-colored light of the Kasbah Marrakech, spice fragrances welcome you as a prelude to the banquet. Created by Benoit Meert, a passionate of Moroccan gastronomy and head sommelier in gourmet restaurants of Brussels, and a wine specialist too, who will be able to suggest you how to spend a delightful evening, in this Restaurant & Lounge.

 

Chef Abdel proposes to his guests an elegant and refined cuisine from recipes collected by rich families’ cooks or more humble women from Morocco. You will find a choice of couscous and tagines that will delight the most delicate and fine palates.

 

Decoration has been conceived by the Belgian decorator, Jean-Pierre Verjus, who has been living in Thailand for 30 years and is equally passionate by Maghreb decoration. He has worked to provide a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The facade only is worth to be admired with the sculpted wooden door, the palm-trees, the typical Moroccan lamps and this special Majorelle blue color that will make you feel like being in Morocco.
